All FO staff are friendly and respond quickly, but the hotel is poorly maintained so cleanliness, facilities, and lighting are still minimal.

The mattress is dirty, there are lots of spots like it has never been washed, there are even feathers on the mattress and floor. Please improve the cleanliness, the service is already quite good.

worst hotel I've ever been to! usually never leave bad reviews but for the price of almost 500 thousand per night this hotel is really disappointing. from the beginning of entering the hotel it was not nice to look at, like an old hotel that was not maintained, it didn't look like the photos shown in the application. all the rooms on the upper floors and the elevator was broken so you had to go up and down the stairs carrying your suitcase and there was no bell boy to help. the lighting in the stairs and corridors was very minimal, really like in a horror movie. as soon as I entered the room I was very shocked because the facilities were really not maintained and VERY DIRTY. the carpet was already black, to the point I didn't dare take off my socks throughout my stay. the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the bathtub was crusty and yellow, but the worst was the toilet, it was really full of dirty yellow & crusty SO DIRTY I was so disgusted that I couldn't take a photo. the sheets and pillowcases provided were VERY SMELLY to the point I covered them with a blanket & my clean clothes still smelled of it so I couldn't sleep that night. can be seen in the photo on the sheet there are red & yellow stains, the blanket is also blackish yellow. in the morning I complained to the receptionist to ask for a room change, informed that the other room was the same & offered to clean. after cleaning the room was quite fragrant, the bed sheet was replaced with a new one & did not smell, the toilet was brushed clean. just wondering if when there are guests checking in, is the cleanliness of the room not ensured first? should the guest ask first?

There is a lift but it doesn't work, the stairs are very unsafe for children.

if you only eat go food... because the nearest place to eat is far away, the elevator was broken yesterday, it's fine if you take things up the stairs
