I chose this hotel because it's centrally located and convenient for getting around. The rooms looked like they needed updating, such as the hot water not being turned off for a long time during the shower. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional.

Incidentally, in front of the hotel there is a cafe that is a good place to hang out or just eat, with delicious food and a varied menu. If you get bored there, there are also many other cafes around it. Suitable for family vacations, for business purposes, or just for personal vacations or with friends.

The first experience of staying at this hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel area is spacious, the reception staff who handle check in/check out are friendly and communicative, the security officers are also friendly and informative, there is free parking for cars and motorbikes, oh yes, it is also close to access to Alfamart and Indomaret Fresh. For room facilities, it's okay, standard in its class, comfortable for resting, but for entertainment in the room, unfortunately there is no smart TV, aka still ordinary cable TV. My suggestion and complaint, maybe the pest control needs to be improved again, because I found 2 crawling animals in the bathroom and fine ants on the room table, for me finding something like that is just chill, but maybe other guests will have different responses. In room 108, in my opinion, the bathroom ventilation glass is too accessible to people walking up and down the stairs, although it will not be transparent into the bathroom, in my opinion the area should be clear from the reach of people's activities going back and forth, maybe the hotel in the future can consider what I said and fix it. In conclusion, this hotel has a positive impression despite the above notes. And this hotel will definitely be my accommodation destination when I am in Sukabumi again. That's my review. Thank you.

Service and cleanliness are good, only the AC in room 209 is not cold.

The hotel is clean, we stayed in a deluxe room which is a bit far from the pool and restaurant. The downside is that breakfast is at 6 but at half past 6 there are foods that are not ready to eat, for example dimsum is still cold. The place is also limited and directed to the restaurant next door but it is far and inconvenient if you go to the buffet.
