It's uncomfortable because it's a smoking room, but there's been no renovation. The bathroom is rusty, and the sheets and blankets are a completely different color. Please improve the comfort.

Staff friendly, room ok, new building

Got a room in the new building, everything looks clean & works well. It would be better if there was a distinctive impressive fragrance, like in the lobby. By the way, photo from the rooftop cafe on the 9th floor..

The staff are friendly, there is a hot water swimming pool, the food is also quite delicious, we happened to stay in the new building, everything is new and clean, it's good, it's just that because we didn't stay during the holidays, there were fewer visitors so it was a bit scary in the hallway, if I'm a scaredy cat, can the lights be brighter? Overall good

The rickety mattress made creaking sounds, the sofa was so hard that it felt like metal, the chlorine in the swimming pool was really stinging, bringing a 6 year old child, plus paying for breakfast, I'm going to regret it.

Permata Hijau transformed into Grand Permata Hijau, truly a breakthrough, from a very ordinary hotel, to the best hotel in Sukabumi and the one and only hot water swimming pool in town!

Suitable for family accommodation. There is one of the swimming pools using warm water. Very useful for those who are sore.
