Very bad experience, the room was very bad, not worth the price, dirty, and even the bathroom equipment was broken. The only advantage was the location, nice beach, soft sand, not crowded, private beach. That's the only thing that helped, the rest was less than satisfactory.

The view directly to the sea is really nice, the sand is very fine white, the room is very spacious, only the bathroom is not very bright, minus the wifi, the network is difficult, there is not much variety of food, maybe because I stayed on a weekday, otherwise the staff is really friendly.

The front desk staff was friendly. The old hotel needs more maintenance. The resort entrance door was broken, and the bathroom door handle was loose. Trash cans should be provided around the beach to discourage littering. The beautiful sunset was truly a sight to behold.

Very satisfied with the room, which was directly in front of the sunset, and the beautiful beach. The room service was excellent, and I was surprised to get two dining vouchers: dinner and breakfast. The service was the best poll, and I'll stay here again next time.

My family and I were happy and satisfied staying at Patra Anyer. The view is beautiful with a private beach. I rented it before the Eid al-Fitr high season, and the price was good and the atmosphere pleasant. It would be great if the beach was trash-free, as it's already beautiful. I helped pick up some trash there. Is the gate open to the public?

The place is very private, yes... Perfect for quality time with your loved ones. The rooms are also quite spacious and kid-friendly 🧡

Overall it's okay to stay here, especially the villa room is very comfortable, the view is nice, the equipment in the room is complete even the TV is complete, want netflix there is, youtube there is, cable TV there is etc.. Recommended if you want to stay in the villa, the building is new and directly facing the swimming pool. The only unfortunate thing is, for breakfast you have to go upstairs because it is in a separate building and the variety of food needs to be improved and added it seems 🙏

Service is ok, rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, atmosphere is comfortable.

really terrible due to refund policy, because I was sick and I was asked traveloka and said there is no refund but I was expecting some portion but they not refund at all, really terrible and away from this kind of hotel

One of the oldest hotels in the Anyer area, with beautiful natural beaches and friendly staff. However, this hotel needs further renovation to make it even more perfect.

The sea view, the people, the ambience is worth it need to upgrade, the room have to renovatiln and deep clean
