Ordered 3 rooms, only 2 were ready, we asked for a refund, it was already 6 pm and we were still told to wait for a room that still had customers, the location is in a small alley, cars are difficult to enter, parking is far away, the small pool in the room is dry and dirty, they promised my money would be returned, just wait.

The villa staff are very friendly, the place is very quiet, the most enjoyable thing is that I was given extra time to check out, so I could still rest and tidy up my things after participating in the Maybank Marathon event, God willing, I will book again at this villa next year.

Superb friendly and helpful staff. Stayed there for Maybank Marathon 2025 and yes, the hotel crew provided a car to drop us at the start line. So thoughtful! Very peaceful environment, surely it helped me to rest well.
