This hotel has a river right next to it, perfect for relaxing on the river rocks in the afternoon. The atmosphere is serene, the resort building is unique, and the breakfast menu is quite extensive. The rooms are also very clean. There's a cafe with beautiful views. What I really appreciated was the direct delivery of any items I left behind. Thank you to the entire Driam Riverside team.

Staying here was very memorable, there are lots of play areas, so the kids felt more at home, next time come here again

There are traces of gecko droppings in the room, the room also feels dark, and when sleeping at night there is a squeaking sound. Not suitable for bringing a baby.

Very pleasant, aesthetically pleasing rooms and delicious food... lots of activities to do with the family... will definitely be back... Some of my criticisms: - Luxcamp's deluxe room variants should include standing mirrors and bar-style towel hangers to enhance guest comfort. - Stroller access should be provided throughout the entire area to make it more senior-friendly and less tiring for exploring. - Pest control devices should be added to each room, as some insects can enter the Luxcamp rooms at night. It might be necessary to inspect any possible gaps and seal them immediately. Other than that, it's awesome!!!

Overall it's okay but it needs access for the elderly....because the road to the rides and facilities is mostly down...it needs wheelchair access

Overall it was fun, the atmosphere and facilities were good, it's just that the service was a bit slow to respond, I requested an extra bed but it wasn't ready and the staff had to be contacted several times before it could be installed, and that was in the afternoon after checking in.

went here with 2 kids, booked a family room. Room 1 has a king size bed and room 2 has 2 twin beds, very spacious. When you first enter the room, it is very clean and fragrant. The bathroom is clean, but maybe something needs to be replaced (eg. mirror and shower in the main room). The AC is very cold. The vibe around the hotel is very pleasant, there are many choices of food, the price is affordable, and it is quite delicious. There are many facilities that make families feel at home all day at the resort, no need to leave the hotel in traffic because everything is there. Maybe what needs to be improved is the unstable wifi connection, the entrance gate to the room that likes to open by itself, and the swimming pool could be cleaned regularly to make it clearer. Overall it's really good, thank you...

The check-in process is easy and fast, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is good, next time try the glamping type and resort rooms.

even though the room faces the river, the room is not noisy when the door is closed. the view offered from this room makes fatigue disappear. it's not a loss to choose to stay here. I was very touched and at the same time grateful because my husband and I were allowed to check in early. this resort is still a bit far from the white crater tourist spot but I think it doesn't matter because the place is cool.

The room is nice and clean, the food is also delicious, I have told the hotel that the TV is broken and the signal often goes out.

I am very satisfied staying here, the riverview room is very nice. I will stay here again next time. Overall, everything is okay

I ordered a room with a river view, masyaAllah it was really nice, the air was also soooooo cool, even without AC it was no problem. the bathroom was also clean, there was no smell, the room was clean, the bed sheets, pillows, blankets were clean. so it's the best place for a staycation

Staycation 1 day with children without realizing suddenly having to check out because there are many rides and facilities that can be enjoyed with family. Many outdoor activities, comfortable natural atmosphere, not too cold. Riverside view room that makes you feel at home
