This hotel is really good, good for urgent needs.

The staff, including the security guard, are friendly, the water heater works well, the AC is cool and delicious, the only downside is that there is no kettle provided for making hot coffee or tea.

The hotel staff was friendly, even checking in before 12 was still possible even though it should have been at 14.00, after checking out we could still leave our suitcases because we still wanted to walk around looking for souvenirs, breakfast was simple but the taste was quite good.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff (both customer service and security) were friendly and helpful. A pleasant experience, something not all hotels offer, is that if guests bring their cars, the staff will wipe them clean in the morning. This is one of the unique aspects of staying at the Gothic Hotel; guests are often generous with tips for the car cleaning.

I booked a suite, but was initially given a suite that didn't match the photos and smelled of cigarettes. Since I'd already specified no smoking, the staff kindly replaced it with a large, clean, and fragrant suite.

With minimal prices, but great service. Car wash, breakfast is quite tasty and comfortable.

Next time, check the cleanliness of the room before guests move in and repair any broken bathroom doors.

Jyujyur is really nice to stay here, and will come here again if I go to the city. The room is clean, I happened to get one with a big window even though the view is not directly to the street. The only drawback is that turning on the TV is a bit tricky
