Comfortable to stay here, not noisy.

The hotel is comfortable, but it seems neglected. The swimming pool is also poorly maintained.

This hotel is categorized as a luxury hotel built during the New Order era. Due to its age and lack of adequate maintenance, it is in dire need of a remodel and renovation with a modern style and architecture, keeping up with current trends. Hopefully, the renovation can be expedited and the hotel will have a new style.

The air is really fresh, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean, friendly, what needs to be paid attention to is the bathroom and furniture.

The staff are friendly and pleasant.

the shower drain is clogged, the dust on the balcony is a bit dirty

When I first entered the room at 12 noon, I was greeted by a really strong horror aura..3rd floor no. 319..tried to stay positive thinking..I only lasted until 10 pm and then checked out..I had already left the hotel and just read the reviews..many of them were the same..scary

The staff is friendly, the service is great, and overall, everything is great, from the rooms to everything else—comfortable. The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for deep conversations.

A comfortable, quiet, and secluded hotel. Breakfast was also satisfying.

Spacious Location Close to the City Center Friendly Service Swimming Pool

This is a 4-star hotel but it needs a refresh. The room facilities should be upgraded. Otherwise, it's good.

A hotel where the staff is undoubtedly its strong point. The rooms are large and spacious with balconies overlooking the interior gardens and a large fountain. The cleaning staff does a commendable and very welcome job, simply ideal, and the reception staff is extremely helpful with any request, wonderful. The hotel's location isn't the best (far from the center and the "life" of Bukittinggi), although using Grab you can get to and from the city for a small fee.

Hot water does not work, even though it says there is hot water, no wifi, dusty room. for all friendly staff and delicious breakfast

The location is not too far from the city center, the hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are quite complete, but because it is old, it is not well maintained.
