We landed early morning at 9 am, and directly went to the villa. The reception told us to wait or just put the luggage at the lobby while we can go out because the room is not ready yet. While we order a car for rent, 15 mins after later the housekeeping said the room is now ready. Yes, a very fast cleaning I should say it impressed me. So we enter the room, expecting the picture will look like the reality but it surprised me even more. The bed sheets has not changed, the pillow sheet smells like someone's sweat, the floor is a bit sticky, the smell of the room that makes me cant handle the situation of the room anymore. Imagine that you sleep in the septic tank. Yes, smells like poo all over the room and even the place. Bathroom, once we go shower, the water didn't drain. When we complain all of this to the staff (i forgot the name, he's skinny young balinese) he responded the complains with offensive attitude. I have asked for refund for my 2nd and 3rd day stays as I checked out on day first. But still, no follow up from the villa. This experience upsets me a lot.
