Comfortable place. Strategic location. Facilities are ok. But in my room there was no hot water.

It's better to just close it, scary and scary like an old house.

I booked the room with 1 extra bed but they did not provide It and the receptionist said It because the room capacity is only for 2 people. No toiletries but towel, they didn't provide mineral water in the room. only 1 public water dispenser near check in counter. The room is actually big and clean just lack of maintenance so It looks like abandone old big house which kinda creepy (I also upload some pictures).

Superior okay room. Clean too. Only minus is not provided by mineral water. There is only small soap and 1 sachet of zinc shampoo. Continuing to stay two nights there can only be breakfast once, the rule should be 2 times. Trimmed close to the same with malioboro. Yes, okay. Only the price is not worth it if you can get breakfast.

Clean, quiet, strategic location.

The location is not far from the center of Malioboro, there are many restaurant snacks, warungs and roadside lesehan to the branches, the place is not crowded. The rooms are poorly maintained and the sheets have to be replaced for a longer time, which is cleaner, not white. So it's rather uncomfortable to sleep.

I ordered the hotel to include breakfast, but did not have breakfast at all, toothpaste soap and brushes, lucky to always bring it yourself. We were late for check-out which should be 12 o'clock, check-out at 1:00 p.m. was charged 25rb / hour. For clean and comfortable rooms, air conditioning is also okay.

The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, wifi is strong, there is a mini fridge in the room. Just for the TV, it's not clear. on everything and still a tube TV. there is warm water too. And for his location, it was entered in the gang of Muhamadiyah (so it was quite confused yesterday, how come), if it's breakfast, it's a standard Indonesian home-cooked food.

Four years ago I stopped by because my friends stayed here. The atmosphere was really nice, so without thinking about the holidays yesterday I wanted to stay here too, but yesterday's 2-day stay was immediately disappointed. When entering the room, the floor of the room was dirty and dusty. Enter the bathroom, the water tap feels rusty. For toiletries only towels, bar soap and sachet shampoo are provided, without toothbrushes. TV broadcasts, which according to reference are indovision but only local TVs. Breakfast: morning toast is made with the eggs of cow cheese or jam and a sausage that has been fried. When checking out, the hotel does not provide late check-out services, so we have to leave the hotel at 12 or get an additional fee. It seems like I don't stay here next time, hopefully it can be an improvement.

The rooms fit the photos, are comfortable, quiet, clean, the service is good and friendly.
