The staff is friendly, the check-in rule is 2 o'clock, but when we arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning we were able to check in straight away.

Everything is good and nice from the receptionist service to the cleaning staff all are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The best place is Hans Inn.

Comfortable hotel: spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, strategic in the middle of the city. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and next to the hotel there is a cafe with delicious menus. Next trip to Batam will be back to Hans Inn Batam.
