The room's AC is hot, I asked to move to another room, they said it was full, but I was still allowed to move. But the AC is still hot. Please ask the technicians to check the condition of the AC more diligently.

The bathroom shower was broken due to lack of maintenance, the TV had no signal, the bedroom door was difficult to open, it took a lot of effort to open the bedroom door, and the WiFi didn't work.

Is there live music until 11pm? Omg. Very bad experience. I booked a hotel to rest, not to get emotional and dizzy from listening to live music until the evening. Bad bad bad bad really sorry to say. But for the room, the friendliness of all the staff was very satisfying.

Kamarnya kotor AC bocor pas kamar pertama kalau pindah kamar AC nya ga dingin terus nanti foto background anak kecil yang sangat menggangu tolong diperbaiki hotelnya makasih.

The ac is not cold. The ac period suddenly fell off by itself. The door also makes a sound when it is opened. The blanket on the bed also had traces of cigarette ash that had holes in it. How are you? Please fix it again.
