This hotel should stop selling rooms before renovations and improvements are made. I was looking for a budget hotel just to sleep, but it wasn't as bad as the room here. To be fair, I'll start with the good: 1. View of the rice fields and beach (which I ultimately didn't enjoy because I left immediately due to the inadequate facilities) 2. Strategic location (since I was working in the area) 3. Clean yard (but no other guests) Things I find unethical and inappropriate even in a budget hotel are: 1. Out of 4 rooms, 2 had lights out. When I asked to be moved, the other room turned out to be in worse condition. 2. Mossy walls, definitely unsanitary 3. Lots of insects on the bathroom walls 4. The AC wasn't cold 5. Hard mattress. Pillows... I don't know, I didn't even touch them. Because as soon as I went up the stairs (alone), I saw towels and pillowcases just lying outside on an old chair. 6. No receptionist. There's a WhatsApp number that's responsive, but it turns out they only care about your money. Not with safety, comfort, and you. In front of the room door, the neighbor's house is being renovated. The hallway is worse than an abandoned hospital. This hotel needs a lot of love. And it should be closed down. Don't be the next victim. I decided not to stay after seeing the actual condition of the room. There were no other guests there.

The AC is broken, there are lots of small insects in the bathroom

The room was in very poor condition and completely neglected. I booked a room for two nights for my colleagues. They were disappointed and couldn't stay there. The bathroom ceiling was broken and dirty. The room was also dirty, with millipedes on the floor, and mold on the walls. So, I lost out, having already paid for two rooms for two nights. There was no refund.

the number listed on Traveloka wasn't reachable, I had to manually Google their number. the room was dingier than promised in pictures. room smelled damp. towels provided were small and thin. room was not thoroughly cleaned, missed a lot of details, lots of cicak and gecko droppings on sills. it wasnt a bad experience; room was spacious and clean enough, but.. yeah.

They need to renovate the facilities - mold everywhere - bad impression - the staff is nice

When I arrived, there was only one cleaning staff member who gave me a room full of mold. According to her, that was the only room available. When I refused and asked for a refund, I was offered a room upstairs which was in better condition. However, both windows in that room couldn't be locked, so I was worried and couldn't sleep. I booked a two-day stay but only stayed one night because it was uncomfortable. Don't believe the pictures, it's super bad.

The picture doesn't match the real thing, and the price and cleanliness aren't commensurate. I like the strategic location.

The condition of the room does not match the photo, the walls of the room are mossy in the kitchen area, the blanket has strange spots, even though it was replaced, the new blanket still has strange spots too 😭, the condition of the room near the pool is scary, the bedroom is dark like the feel of an old hotel, luckily there are two of us 😭 and the pool water is dirty, there are frogs

The place is horrible, the building is poorly maintained, damp and looks scary.

The hot water was off, the room was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, there were no amenities, the TV was off, the living room lights were off.

I left after seeing the room, the room was dirty, no one was guarding the check-in counter, we arrived at 8 pm to check in very far from the photo, will not and do not want to come back book 4 days, it's better to lose Traveloka can check again for room rates and reviews in the future

When we arrived, there was human waste in the toilet, green moss everywhere, the room was very humid, and there was no trash can. It was really unkempt.

The condition of the hotel is not the same as in the photos and is poorly maintained.

The villa is spacious but stuffy. Lots of mold. Damp. Horror at night.

The experience of staying alone with a haunted villa view feels hot and cold. It's nice in the morning but at night it's scary 👍

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is okay for just sleeping. The morning view of the rice fields and the sea is really good.

Highly, highly recommended

There are no trash bins, the shower water is not hot, cleanliness is lacking, perhaps because it has not been maintained for a long time.
