Comfortable and recommended hotel with a price rate under 250 thousand (breakfast included)

Even though it's an old hotel, it's quite clean.

Hotel staff are friendly and quick to respond when needed.

Clean and comfortable hotel near the city center

Satisfied with the hotel, even though it was only 1 night, it was memorable.

After staying here several times, only in 202 the water is running smoothly and the hot and cold water is working properly.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Hotel Benua. However, this time we didn't get a family room (because there was only one), so we tried two separate rooms, one for 3 and one for 2. The rooms were nice and spacious for the price, but the 2-person room lacked a mini fridge and water heater (hopefully, they will be equipped with the same features as the other rooms in the future). We were a little disappointed with the conditions on Saturday night, as there was a set on the 7th floor, which caused a loud banging sound from the room above. On Sunday, there was a live music event on the 7th floor, which disturbed our rest. Next time you stay on the weekend, you should note that you shouldn't book a room on the 6th floor. Overall, it's nice and still a good alternative for a family-friendly hotel with a friendly location, facilities, and of course, a reasonable price. Always enjoy Hotel Benua, and I hope this constructive feedback can be realized soon. See you next holiday ;)

Cheap but good, recommended for staying

an impressive experience, initially got a room on the 4th floor but the AC wasn't cold, there were cockroaches in the toilet and asked the receptionist to change rooms, thank God I got one on the ground floor which was comfortable

Very satisfied. The room is spacious, the TV is clear. The toilet smells a bit bad. There are a few cockroaches. The staff are all friendly. If I go on holiday to Bandung, I'll probably stay here again.

The place is comfortable, nothing scary guys! Honestly, it's just not very bright, many people stay here, the breakfast is not bad, it's worth it for the price Aww, a 200 thousand rupiah hotel already gets breakfast

The hotel is quite comfortable, the toilet is okay, only there are chemical stains on the floor, the TV only has 1 channel.
