The hotel is clean, comfortable, has a balcony, a mini clothesline, a pool, a yard, and the breakfast is delicious, although the menu is limited. But for the price of 700 Rupiah, you get two more rooms during the high season and breakfast. You can request eggs, bread, coffee, tea, and ice. There is fruit, two types of rice, fish, and vegetables. It's really cheap. Oh yeah, the swimming pool is aesthetically pleasing, just like the hotel's Balinese style.

The hotel's location is very strategic, not too far from Malioboro, Sayidan, Keraton, and Alun-alun Jogja. You can walk or take a bentor (bentor). The hotel environment is nice, it feels like Balinese vibes, the parking lot is quite spacious, can accommodate around 20 cars. The room is comfortable, but the superior one I booked is a bit cramped if you bring a family, prefer to get a bigger room or use an extra bed. The price of an extra bed is quite expensive, but the good thing is that you get an additional breakfast coupon with each purchase, and for my little ones who are 6 & 3 years old, breakfast is still free. The food is simple but delicious, the bread is not just any bread, using whole wheat bread. The swimming pool is clean and spacious enough for the kids to play. Note that the maintenance of the air conditioner in the room needs more attention, it is cool but quite noisy and sometimes disturbing when trying to sleep.
