It's time to renovate or repair all the facilities, they are no longer well maintained, especially the bathroom and toilet facilities are no longer suitable and dirty.

The food is delicious. The female F.O who is already a staff member in pink is a bit stiff, never smiles. When I was checking in/out, I was asked to take F.O. by a guy with glasses taking selfies for all sorts of reasons. What was the point? You were asked to do a SP, Ms.? I don't like being photographed. It's too private and it's the guest's privacy, don't offer photos of anything. It has nothing to do with staying at the hotel, unless you and your team have a specific purpose. I'm really disgusted.

You can walk from Ampel without tiring at all. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. So far, it's good for religious tourism; staying here is recommended.

I stayed here because it's close to Tanjung Perak port. It's also close to the Sunan Ampel religious site. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable.

There's just a problem with the shower, which I hope will be fixed soon. I'm very satisfied with the service and location. It's also clean.
