The staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to Panjang Beach and the city center. The rooms are also quite clean.

The hotel is good, but please re-estimate the amount of breakfast. I had breakfast at 8 o'clock but the rice was already finished, and the drinking glasses were not on standby either.

On the afternoon of July 2nd, the front office staff could not provide a solution for a room change due to a problem with the AC in room 315. I had refilled the Freon twice, but the room was very hot, and their response to my child was also poor. The bathroom faucet also wouldn't work. It's surprising that a hotel like Amaris didn't renovate the entire hotel because this isn't the first time we've had problems with the AC in the same hotel with different rooms.

Just please pay more attention to cleanliness..
The toilet glass is crusty, the water tap is a little crusty and broken..
