On the afternoon of July 2nd, the front office staff could not provide a solution for a room change due to a problem with the AC in room 315. I had refilled the Freon twice, but the room was very hot, and their response to my child was also poor. The bathroom faucet also wouldn't work. It's surprising that a hotel like Amaris didn't renovate the entire hotel because this isn't the first time we've had problems with the AC in the same hotel with different rooms.
