Clean room, good service, breakfast is also good

The service was very friendly and the check-in process didn't take long because they had prepared everything because I ordered online.

The room was clean and as ordered, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

No water heater. At that price, other hotels provide water heaters. Yesterday the room smelled of cigarettes. So you have to spray perfume first.

BEWARE of the middleage plump woman (the one who looks like you own her $). Remember to Take picture of the cards and time to safeguard yourself. I got accused of missing keycards and end up boarding the ferry on a empty stomach due to the delay. The young Chinese lady is nice and help to check the CCTV to prove I did not lost any. Room: only 1 power socket at table. Saw few small roaches. Kept hearing moving door sound (should be the side door connected to the cafe on ground floor) while in room 113. No matter how good your hotel looks, when your staff is trash, you hotel looks trash.

I've been a regular customer at this hotel. Clean neat rooms. The rooms are smoke free.

The hot water for bathing is not hot enough, so the bath water still feels cold even though it has been mixed with hot water.
