The room didn't seem ready for check-in. There were no towels, slippers, or toothbrushes. The shower pressure was weak, and the water heater was under repair. The bathroom smelled of urine and there were mosquitoes. Some of the hallway floor tiles were cracked. Some of the breakfast plates were cracked.
