I stayed 2 nights, the first day I was delivered breakfast at set 9 and it was no problem. The second day, at night I chatted and ordered on wa if I asked for breakfast very early because I wanted an early morning flight and I attached the menu options. The next day breakfast until set 10 was not delivered, when I checked out I asked, and was answered that I didn't say what time, even though in the chat I asked "can it be a bit early?" and what was answered was only the wifi password, but what I asked for breakfast was not answered, so I think it's okay. The receptionist apologized but still reasoned why I didn't confirm what time it was, I think if I apologize I admit I'm wrong, don't say "but Mom didn't confirm what time" because I didn't respond to my question which I thought was clear it would be delivered, too, even if it's my fault. I did not confirm what time. Why am I still not being sent breakfast at the time it should be, which is actually my right. Why should I wait for my confirmation again? Because I was in a hurry, when I checked out I chatted back because my husband didn't accept it, my husband asked for the breakfast money to be returned but the admin said it couldn't be returned but if you wanted it would be made within 15 minutes while he knew I was on the road , while when I asked at the villa the receptionist didn't say that it could be made in 15 minutes? This is not a food problem, but the staff is very unprofessional, besides that I am pregnant and have a baby who at that time did not eat breakfast.
