Everything is okay, only the mosquitoes are not very strong. I have used mosquito repellent and there are still mosquitoes.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room so I can't sleep soundly, I should have provided autan, but they only provided electric mosquito repellent but it's not effective

Last time I stayed was 1997, the place still in a good shape. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was just ok and so many variants. Just gentle reminder for those who want to stay here, bring mosquito repellent, because at night it will a little bit annoying, so better to keep the door closed. Long short review, this place is old but gold.

A fun place for a family vacation, but many of the facilities are not well maintained, even the AC is broken, even though the staff has helped, it is one of the things that makes it uncomfortable because you have to call a technician every time you return to the room from outside, and you are forced to have a standby card inside, which actually does not match the slogan, which is safe our earth.

It was fun and very satisfying. I plan to go there again with the kids.

the stair is supper small. bathroom 's ventilation is not working well. lobby is far away from room which is not convenient at all if you don't bring your own car.

We got a room that was in the perfect position right next to the lake, we could fish, the healing atmosphere was felt, our privacy was maintained, and we will always make it a regular agenda for our staycation.

Most of the breakfast food was so salty that I got a headache after eating it. It was because there was too much salt.

The wifi only connects to the TV, it doesn't work on the cellphone even though I've tried many times, but all of that is replaced by the many activities that can be done, such as cycling, jogging, swimming...it's great.

Very memorable holiday, all my boys really enjoy playing at the beach and bicycle.

I had a wonderful staycation here. The cottage concept is different from a hotel, allowing for greater privacy. Bicycles can be borrowed for use in the Putri Mermaid Cottage area. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. A few suggestions: some facilities could be improved, such as the toilet door near the pool not being able to close. Thank you.

The room is spacious...there are lots of children's play areas...there are fishing spots but they need to be increased.

Cottage Legend, even though it has been eaten by age, still has its own charm, but please review the maintenance of its facilities.

First time for a family staycation here, the place is nice, you can get green trees, get a sea view, the restaurant food is also delicious, the room is comfortable but unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes🥹 and for some reason we always find stains, dirty spots on the bed sheets and blankets😞 I don't know if before the customer checks in all the cleanliness is checked or not because when I wanted to sleep I found stains twice and they were quite a lot like blood

It was a wonderful stay at Putri Duyung. The ambiance is beautiful, close to the sea.
