Very recommended for staycation, next will stay this place again

It was a pleasure to stay here, but the hotel building is old and needs some repairs, especially the doors and air conditioning. The rooms need to be cleaned.

All is good, but for cleanliness, it needs to be improved again because there were several cockroaches in the bedroom, on the mattress itself. Maybe it should be given insect repellent once a week. The place is comfortable and nice, close to the beach and the pool. Next time, I will return for a staycation at Putri Duyung with family. Hopefully, it will be better for cleanliness. The staff are all good, it was a pleasant 2-night stay at Putri Duyung. I stayed in Junior Cakalang 123.

It's conveniently located near restaurants, and you can take a leisurely stroll from the beach in the afternoon. Oh, and if you're visiting Putri Duyung, I recommend eating at Nyiur Restaurant. Try the boneless grilled milkfish; it's fresh and the sambal is delicious. I asked what kind of sambal they use, and it turns out it's their own recipe.

The atmosphere is very calm because I brought a toddler, it is very safe to play around this place.

The place is comfortable and clean, but they don't give you towels, which is disappointing.

Staying at the Putri Duyung Ancol Resort was a truly delightful experience. The resort's atmosphere is serene and beautiful, perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The ocean-facing cottages offer beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are quite complete, and the resort area is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. The location is strategically located in the Ancol area, allowing easy access to various surrounding tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far from Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place, comfortable for families. The food is delicious, and the swimming pool is second to none. It's simply awesome!

The cottage is clean, neat, comfortable, the type of mackerel can fit 5 people. but there are a lot of mosquitoes, next time you come here you have to bring anti-mosquito lotion

It was fun, the kids loved it. The environment was nice, cool, and beautiful. The kids were happy with the swimming pool. Just a small suggestion: the room key shouldn't be malfunctioning frequently. Hehe, I got tired of going back and forth to the front to reactivate it. But honestly, it was all fun.
