Cheap & nice hotel. Friendly hotel staff.

The best thing is the friendliness of the staff and the best location, very close to Puncak Pass.

The rooms are not well maintained, the Wi-Fi is bad, the TV still uses a STB with only a few broadcasts.

The place is comfortable, with a beautiful view directly to the mountain. There's a swimming pool and affordable rental rates, and the food is also affordable per person.

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub. For the price of around 390 rupiah, it was well worth it.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel, located on the main road, was a bit noisy at night due to the exhaust fumes from touring motorcycles. The deluxe room had a bathtub. Although there was no AC or fan, it was very cool.

Easy access on the edge of the Puncak Pass highway, competitive prices, old hotel, past its time, facilities need to be renovated again to restore its glory days, deluxe rooms can accommodate four people.

The hotel location is very good, the air is also nice, even without AC it's already very cold.. The bathroom is also quite good, there is a water heater that automatically heats up the shower and sink too. The only minus is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Then the hotel is also old, so when you enter the room it smells like old wood and feels stuffy.

For those looking for a low budget hotel but okay, it can be an option, the view is good. I ordered a deluxe and got 2 queen beds, so I could stay with 2 children without needing an extra bed. The hotel is actually spacious, so are the rooms, but unfortunately there is a lack of maintenance, there needs to be renovation too. The furniture also looks worn out. Hopefully the repairs can be carried out soon, because unfortunately the position is already very good. Oh yeah, the towels are also not very absorbent. Service from the beginning of check in to check out is satisfying, the cleanliness of the room is perfect, the staff is friendly. The neatness is very good, the comfort is satisfying. The first experience makes you want to come back again. No doubt the best hotel in the Puncak area is not far from Puncak Pass.
