Highly recommended. I arrived almost 12:00 AM, but the staff was still responsive and friendly. The hotel was clean, smelled great, had a great view, and was surprisingly cool even though I hadn't turned on the AC all night. Wi-Fi is provided in each room, but it's a bit lacking in soundproofing, but it's okay.

The female hotel reception staff were unfriendly and lacked a smile, as if in a hurry. They were not very good at explaining the hotel area and amenities. The in-room telephone didn't work, so any room complaints had to be made via WhatsApp. The stairs in the children's pool were dangerous and wobbly. The children's play area was inadequate. The refrigerator in the room kept dripping, making the floor wet. The plus points were the spacious room, spacious bathroom, and balcony, all at an affordable price. They included a welcome drink and snacks.

The hotel's location is good, close to Mikotopia. However, when I arrived, it was a bit crowded. The downstairs was noisy and full of children. The room was quite comfortable.

My first time in Batu and staying here. The room was spacious, with complete amenities. The water was running smoothly, both hot and cold. The staff was friendly. I originally booked for one night, but when I arrived, my husband asked for more, so I extended my stay.

The room was nice, but unfortunately the sink was clogged, causing it to overflow. The hotel's customer service/receptionist was slow to respond, especially housekeeping, so we had to call the receptionist repeatedly before they came. The room wasn't cleaned. There was a balloon handle on the sofa, a thing that big, and it wasn't cleaned (likely from a previous guest).
