It's an old hotel, so for that price, it's okay. But the elevator is old, and sometimes it gets stuck in the middle of the night. It's the first time I've ever had an elevator jam, and it's traumatizing.

Nice, big, but every time I go there there is no TV network.

It's not like a hotel, it's like a boarding house. The lobby is okay but the rooms are dirty.

Towels are not available, checked in at midnight. Wanting to get out but too lazy.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is dirty. Requested a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette butts in the bathroom and cigarette burn marks on the furniture. Not suitable for family stays.

Balalan is my regular place, I like the atmosphere which is not too noisy.

The staff is ok, but sometimes the AC is not cold enough and sometimes the TV won't work.

For male staff, it's ok, they're friendly.

Comfy place even the price is not high but the room is clean and good. Just want to give an advice, the staff need to reply and help the customer when they needed or they leave any things there. Over all is good

It's so nice to be able to stay here, it feels like home.

So far so good. Only one. The TV can't connect. So can't watch. Already asked for help from the staff but also couldn't hehe. Hopefully when I stay next time I get a room with all the facilities without any problems at all. Thank you for the service. Very good.
