Staff was friendly. Clean and comfy place. Near City Hall, so it was easy to go anywhere.

The room is clean... you can also stay here, it's a bit crowded outside so don't be afraid to stay here alone👌

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the security guard, who always helps with getting in and out of vehicles. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room service is excellent, and they always clean the room without being asked. The food is delicious. Thank you so much to the entire hotel staff; you are amazing. If I ever go to Malang again, I definitely want to stay here again. It's easy to access, with restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy in front of the hotel, food stalls, a mosque, an Alfamart, and an Indomaret nearby. It's simply amazing.
