It's pretty good for the price, the room is quite good, clean, comfortable atmosphere, easy to find food, if you want to go shopping at the mall, you just have to go downstairs from the room, no need to leave the hotel.

The hotel's location is strategic, near XX1 there are many delicious places to eat that can be accessed by walking for 10 minutes, also near Grand Lucky or Indomaret, but unfortunately the breakfast is not a buffet, the choices are standard fried rice, noodles, etc., waiting at the restaurant can take about 1 hour, but you can ask for it to be delivered to your room, first given room 601 the AC was broken, asked to move given 608, it was nice but the mattress was hard, and the clubbing music from the ktv next door was quite audible if I'm not mistaken it stopped at 4 am 😭, the staff 👍❤️

Receptionist please communicate any prohibitions in the hotel to the guest so that the guest can monitor. so that there is no misunderstanding.

Good service, friendly staff, once called the receptionist in the middle of the night about the AC remote, I thought it would be slow to respond to the room because it was already midnight but it turned out to be very fast response. And what impressed me the most was when I was feeling unwell, the medicine I left at the reception was delivered directly to my room quickly.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, once Gojek medicine could not be taken because it was not healthy, the hotel staff delivered it directly to the room. If you want to shop for daily necessities, you don't need to leave the hotel because there is Grand Lucky Paragon.

The toilet smells up to the room, the window of the room is dusty. The room is not well maintained

The hotel looks luxurious from the lobby. The staff is very friendly. The room is not so good because the access card does not work to turn on the lights and AC. Luckily there is a janitor, he gave me the card to borrow. Usually there is a hairdryer in the room but here you have to request it first. I sprayed my room with some fragrance because when I entered I didn't like the smell a bit.
