spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, food was good. this place is like Serenity.

My second time here, A hidden gem in umalas area.

The bed is very soft, the hotel atmosphere is also very quiet and comfortable, the swimming pool is also very clean. I really enjoyed it.

Nice place to get relax with friends or family.

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, flush toilet tidak berfungsi. Saat check out ditagih minuman padahal ketika menginap tidak mengambil apapun. Saat check out lama. Terlalu berbelit-belit tidak cepat. Semoga ke depannya lebih baik lagi. Untuk tempat sebenarnya sudah sangat memuaskan hanya pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan. Terima kasih.

Nice place, lacking location (you have to use a vehicle if you want to go to eat or go to the beach) and it's a bit difficult to find the location.
