It's not easy to find a good, budget hotel in the center of Sleman, close to Sleman City Hall. Beyond expectations, for around 200,000 Rupiah, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is also clean, the parking lot is spacious, and there's a mini market next door. There's also a gym, but because it's still new, there's only one threadmill. But the environment is really clean. Only the gazebo area behind the shower near the swimming pool is quite dirty.

Not bad for resting and transit before joining the Sleman Fun Run event.

Large room, for the price of 200, did not expect to get coffee, tea, toiletries, clean room, cold AC, working hot water, order food but the price is affordable, recommended for families.

The staff are friendly, I had a lot of luggage and they helped me carry it and even helped me get into the GrabCar 👌🏻

It's really nice to stay here, it's also close to Sleman City Hall Mall.

The hotel is in the comfortable and clean category. And what makes me comfortable is that there is a room on the 1st/ground floor, which does not require an elevator anymore.

It is better if the towels are clean and not dirty, even if they have been washed or provide new towels, especially for guests who are staying overnight.

Friendly staff. Only the back parking is at risk of being hit by rain from bird droppings. Safer parking in front.

Have stayed here twice. The location is right on the edge of the highway, the distance to the city center is not too far and only 30 minutes to Kaliurang. The check-in and checkout process is very easy and does not require a long wait. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Complete room facilities. The AC is cold. However, at certain hours the hot water does not work and tends to be small. Overall the service and facilities are very good. Next time I go to Jogja again, I will stay here

It's really cool, to Ibarbo close by, to Jejamuran even closer, spacious parking, spacious room balcony.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check in/check out process. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness, especially the stair railing because when we went down to the 1st floor, we held the stair railing, wow... it was dusty there... 🙏. Also, the superior room we chose didn't have a window 🤭
