Check in time was at 12 noon, didn't have to wait until 2 o'clock to be allowed into the room, the staff was friendly, the food tasted good, only the dessert menu lacked variety, otherwise everything was okay.

The staff is friendly, the room is nice and clean, free refillable water, you can make tea and coffee too, the food is varied and delicious, but the wifi is really slow and the shower is too strong so it's hard to adjust it for kids.
