There are many insects in the mattress, maybe the bottom of the mattress has never been cleaned. The experience of not being able to sleep because of being bitten by bed bugs.

The check-in and check-out service is unprofessional, when checking out the officer was not at the reception desk. The room key card was left on the table. 3. The room is not hygienic, the sheets and pillows are not clean. There are many small animals on the sheets, mosquitoes and it feels itchy. There is no mineral water and toothbrush. 4. Sleep is not comfortable. Because of the atmosphere and condition of the room.

The hotel's location is strategic, it is located in an office area. When the office hours are closed, the hotel area is quiet but still safe. The room is large, there is a pantry, the wifi is smooth, the TV is large, but the water in the KM is not so good.

The accommodation is not very good and the rooms are not very comfortable, they are a bit dirty.

The location is near the main road, but the entrance to the front of the hotel requires effort if you walk from the main road. It is better to take a private vehicle or taxi to the front of the lobby. The room is spacious, there is a kind of pantry. The ambiance of the room is dim, the lights are all yellow except the bathroom, so it makes it uncomfortable if you stay long in a room with yellow lights like that. I stayed 1 night here to wait for the earliest train departure time. Finding an online taxi driver in the morning is also easy and fast to get to the station.
