The staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean, smoke-free, spacious, with cool air conditioning, but the TV didn't work. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with strong hot water, but the bidet didn't work, so they replaced it with a bucket and ladle for cleaning. Breakfast on the first day was instant noodles and bread. Breakfast on the second day was fried rice with eggs and bread. Tea and coffee were provided. Breakfast service needs to be improved.

It's delicious when you want to go to town, unfortunately it's a bit far from the city.

This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. It is out of the way from the city center however the hotel provides transportation until 9pm. The breakfast is good as well with a few egg options from scramble to omelet plus fruits. The hotel staff is diligent.

Perfect place when staying in Labuan Bajo and don’t want to be in the hectic loud center but still very close. Free Shuttle service is going to the center every 30 minutes and picks you up on demand between 5 am and 9 pm. The manager is incredibly for Endlich and helpful with anything you need, e.g making reservation in restaurant, doing laundry, preparing lunch boxes when leaving for a trip before 6:30 am. The rooms are very clean and spacious and room service is cleaning up every day. Totally worth the money and a good choice for Stayingbin LB!

Convenient , Decent Hotel with suitable budget. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are clean, with helpful staff and owner . Free Transport Pick-Up and Drop-Off to the market and downtown area is a plus. Breakfast service at the Restaurant. Highly recommended for those who need a quiet, transit hotel away from the hustle-bustle City Center .

Very clean the room and good service from staff but I think so far from town but don’t worried because the hotel have transportation free for the hotel guest... so far it’s ok for transit 1-2 nights

great hotel just far from the fish market and other iconic places.. but really worth the stay.. very big room but the water is somehow did not shower as fast / powerful as it should. but overall a very nice place to stay

Friendly staff even though they still have to increase capacity. Free hotel / port shuttle using Luxio and CRV cars. Clean rooms. My suggestion is that the hotel lobby is also treated as a no smoking room as in the room.
