First time staying, well it was pretty good.

the hotel staff is not friendly at all

Okay, nice, comfortable, and impressive. Guest access is a must.

The location is perfect. The place is comfortable and fun. The elevator and access are easy. The parking is just a bit difficult. It's highly recommended.

The male staff at the reception was slow in working and not agile in the check-in process so that I had to show my ID card back and forth because he was afraid of returning it wrong even though I had said that the ID card that was returned was indeed mine and my cellphone was left behind during the ID card process at the reception because the staff asked for proof of online booking on my cellphone but after the process was finished the staff forgot to return the cellphone and I who was already annoyed about the ID card forgot that the cellphone was still with the staff, when I went to the room I just remembered that the cellphone was left there and when I went there the staff said that the cellphone had been returned but when I called it turned out that the cellphone was still left at the reception and without feeling guilty the staff just admitted that my cellphone was left at the reception. Here I do not want to hide my identity because if there is a party who does not accept my comments, they can immediately check the Hotel CCTV to find out whether my comments are true or not. Note to the Hotel Manager to reprimand staff who are negligent and incompetent in their work.

The receptionist was very arrogant and pretentious

The best hotel in Pontianak with quite affordable prices, especially the bar on the top floor, offering views of Pontianak city from all angles, suitable for those who like to relax in hotels.

You can try the cafe on the 10th floor, the service is friendly, 5 stars.

The worst budget hotel. Dirty bed sheets full of spots, even torn. Dirty towel, which wasn't even one star quality. Totally did not worth the money.
