Check in at 4 pm, the room is not ready but the other services are okay

Everything is good, especially the breakfast.

The room is Yemeni, the food is okay, the bathroom is clean, the staff is very friendly, the facilities are ok

My mother always chooses the Atsari Hotel to stay because it is clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to Lake Toba.

nice room, comfortable, just mosquitoes. breakfast is still not varied enough, maybe it can be added. charged when asking for help to boil water in a thermos for baby milk, other hotels are usually free

Staying on weekends and peak seasons is usually crowded. When yesterday we booked 3 rooms and 2 of them had technical problems. The staff was quite fast response. However, because the 3rd room had problems, we were finally given a free upgrade so we could stay comfortably. So thank you for the fast response.

I really like it, the only drawback is the WIFI which suddenly drops. Other than that, everything is good👍👍👍. Thank you because when I checked in, the room was upgraded to a suite. Suddenly the lights went out, they said it was a problem from PLN but it was really quickly resolved. The generator was on in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant is also beautiful, the food is delicious, all the staff are friendly. Tonight I will check in again, I already like this hotel.

I booked a deluxe room, but when I checked in I was given a suite room. Thank you very much.. It's just a shame that one of the extra bed wheels came off, and it was wedged with a brick.

Fast and easy check in. Feel welcome during register @counter. Room spacious but bit an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

very nice view, some rooms have a view that directly faces Lake Toba. The most important thing is close to the harbor.

The breakfast menu is terrible, there is so little fruit, it can't even stick to your teeth.

The hotel is quite good. But the breakfast is not very varied.

One of the waiters in the restaurant is very disappointing to the visitors. The attitude of asking and talking is like intimidating the protesters and not showing a friendly attitude to the visitors. Please this condition can be a serious concern to the hotel management.
