We had a very disappointing stay at Sapadia Hotel Pematang Siantar and will definitely not be returning. The room facilities were well below acceptable standards: Hot water: The hot water went cold after barely one minute of use. Noise levels: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and kept us awake all night. Additionally, there was significant outside noise, and on Sunday morning, church activities right on-site/nearby were very disruptive. Customer service: The staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and completely unhelpful—particularly the woman at the front reception desk, whose attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay with substandard amenities and zero hospitality. Look elsewhere if you want a restful stay.

Our entire stay at the Sapadia Hotel Pematang Siantar was very pleasant. However, when booking online, breakfast was included, but children over 5 had to pay at the restaurant. We assumed that was included in the listed price. Thank you.

I always stay here each time I visited Pematang Siantar (3-4 times a year). Where else can you go? This hotel is the one what you can expect from a hotel during your stay at this city!

From outside, this hotel looks so nice, but i think when we get in.. not really I write message through the WA number of the hotel, i called too, but no response to my chat and didnt picked up.. so weird, the staff said, the one who keep the phone was sick.. I mean, if somebody is sick, other staf should take ove the role.. for me, the reason is not make sense. The variety of the food in resto just good. .. actually i except more.. The hotel should improve its service, facility and soon...

The location is very strategic. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

There were some difficulties checking in because the system was down, so there was a long wait. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Overall stay was okay and staff were good and friendly, but there was no hair dryer in our room. Room service did mention they would provide one, but it never came. A bit inconvenient for the wife and daughter.
