My family and I, consisting of 17 people, were going to Parapat after checking out, but it was impossible to bring all our suitcases and belongings, but the hotel management kindly accepted our suitcases and left them for us free of charge for 3 days.

There needs to be stricter control during breakfast... Many guests come in without checking, so the food runs out quickly... For example, it should be at the front, not in the middle.
