Overall it was fine, but we got a villa with electricity and a TV in a non-lit room, the TV had been replaced with a new unit, but it still couldn't turn on because the electricity was damaged, the water for bathing was very small, and there were lots of mosquitoes, Wake up I woke up with a body full of bumps 2 times I wanted to ask for a delivery because the location of my villa was at the end, low traffic so we finally walked. But he said he wanted to be fixed.

The hotel room is quite spacious, the room is clean, neat, fragrant, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean, the service is very good. The price is not too expensive, it is right with the facilities available in the hotel, friendly front desk staff, housekeeping is very friendly, all staff are friendly. The pool is nice, clean, very strategically located, located in the middle of Seminyak but far from traffic jams, at night we can walk to find dinner. Lots of restaurants along the way. Very close to Lavavella, Rumors, Kudeta, Seminyak Square 10 minutes walk, really recommended if you want to stay in the Seminyak area, this hotel is the right choice.

the name is villa, the pictures are clearly villa, but it is not - it's a hotel! we booked rush in last minute and there was only room for 4 people available, so given the pictures they post, we assumed it was a villa. we accepted and tolerated the fact that we can only get a room instead of villa. we booked a room for 4 people, but they gave us 2 separate rooms, without connecting door. the front desk guy was not friendly at all, not helpful and put the blame on us and booking site. the guy told us it was booking site's fault by posting wrong pictures. we finally canceled our stay.

Unlike the first time here last year, now completely as lack of maintenance, dirty column, the toilet is where the water drainage is clogged, the shower water is sometimes tight, sometimes small, cold air conditioner, and spacious rooms.

Strategic place. Good service. Comfortable, maybe you need to pay attention to cleanliness. But that does not mean this place is dirty. There are some leaf litter in the pond. The bed chimes it's time to pay attention. But 3 thumbs up for the air conditioner which is super nice and cool. Overall I am happy here and recommend this villa.
