There was no hot water, called the receptionist to call a technician but he didn't come, there was no TV. Went home sick and sneezed.

Not really happy. It was so many worms in front of the bungalows even inside the pool. Everywhere are full of worms I guess they need to makes a treatment for this matter. No hot water inside the room when I call the staff they says just wait for 10 minutes but after still nothing and the staff was not even updating the matter that we had. No TV inside the room it really makes me so surprise how come no TV with this kind of price even the hotel or accommodation cheaper than this one at least they have TV inside the room. However the view was great. And the restaurant staffs were so friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view from the top overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with the cuisine in the restaurant; The food was delicious. I highly recommend trying their homemade pasta. For those who need to remote work, the hotel has fast/good WiFI. The large swimming pool is also a great feature. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location on the hill, nice view, clean swimming pool, pretty good food, not much variety of food, for bungalow rooms there is no TV, WiFi is not fast, and there is no telephone so you have to walk if you want to connect to the receptionist when the shower is leaking and water hot like on a timer.

First come, it's been greeted with a view from the top of a green and fresh hill, especially the employees are also friendly and there are cute and cute dogs. The pool is clean and nice, the rooms are okay, I tried the massage and it was quite satisfying. thanks.

Great resort, nice to return to this resort which offers a view of the sea of lovina, Mr. Steven (owner) and all staff are very friendly and work well so that guests are always comfortable.

Friendly service. but the park is poorly managed. not cleaned up. so it looks rather horror. the balcony of the room is less cleaned. Many dried leaves. The rooms are comfortable, clean, but only lacking TV.

There is no TV and telephone, so it is difficult if you want to mess or need what, what else is the room far away. But the food is pretty good friendly good service, the pool is different from the expectations.

Nice hotel, the staff are friendly, the owner is also friendly, the view is beautiful especially the swimming pool in the aprtment. We stayed in apartment 2 where it was quiet, the private swimming pool was suitable for honeymooners. But because I like crowded places and because of fear of being quiet, so mending you who like to crowded choose bungalow type rooms, just there's no television. If in the apartment, there is a complete kitchen with cooking equipment, just the best resort. Nice view, recommended. Thank you to the hamsa resort team, good place, good staff.

Perfect stay. Great owner, thanks for the perfect hospitality. Pool was awesome. Soap, shampoo, hair-dryer, thick towels, water kettle, all was perfect. Even the simple breakfast was great for me. Love the Bali coffee. Thanks a bunch.

Very beautiful sea view from the top of the hill, calm, comfortable atmosphere.

The place is really nice, the view is also good just a way to get there somewhat challenging because it is located at the top of the hill, but arrived at the immediate destination happy because the rooms are deket pool and view is also good, good food just too long in serving it, pesen fried rice for children about 30 minutes new so when my child is already hungry, maybe because they fit the new order cooking rice so nunggu mateng first new in the fried, the taste is also delicious cooking kok. Oh and fitting I want breakfast waiternya said my room is not included breakfast, which obvious2 booking was included really, after I show proof of my bookings and have to wait 30 minutes from the front office to check if my book included breakfast, and finally ok. My suggestion next time check first the correct bookingan guest let not to starve nunggu and preferably if there is guest in house food always provided though little so not too long nunggu mature cooked first.

the hotel is very nice .. big room .. the view is beautiful .. the staff is friendly just kind of if here come up .. close of krisna adventure (back door) i stay d one apartment bedroom with private pool .. very nice and recommended .. yes if there are crickets or insects enter the room, smart we just kicked wrote.
