The hotel is old, dirty / dirty, haunted / scary or there is a mystical aura and no WiFi.

Service is not satisfactory.

The hotel was creepy, the room smelled of smoke, the walls and floors were cluttered, the buildings were not working, and I was looking for another hotel.

Must be more professional even for small things.

There's no hot water. The breakfast was 'only' a cup of coffee and leaves of bread. No more than that.

The rooms and bathrooms are large and clean, in front of the hotel there is an indomaret and on the left side there is a Padang restaurant. So it's easy to buy and buy. At the front of the hotel, there are also people selling satay and fried rice.

The hotel is pretty good but unfortunately, there is no service room to clean the room & give toiletries. If you want to stay there, you must bring toiletries
