I was staying 2 night at this hotel, and around 3 am someone is trying to open my door, and make me and my fiancée freak out at that time because we’re in the deep sleep that time. I was running to the door and hold the door directly and try to take a look from the window. It was. A lady she said she got a wrong room. I was complaining in the morning but the staff is not saying anything

The hotel was scary. Even though it didn't have air conditioning, the room was incredibly cold. The bathroom was so scary that I had to leave the hotel in a hurry. Thankfully, I booked the hotel for a short break, not an overnight stay.

the window is easy to open from the outside, the door can also be opened automatically through the window.. there is no place to plug in electricity, can't charge the cellphone. I left the key back at 9.30 in the morning, it had been sterilized, I thought the key was out, even though it had been ordered, I went back tomorrow and left the key..

I've been here twice last year and this year, but the messy cable layout behind the TV that won't turn on and the cobwebs in the room are still there as if it had never been cleaned, the blankets also look dirty, the bathroom is uncomfortable, the tap water is leaking and there has never been a bathroom mat. The mat is important so that after going to the bathroom it doesn't get muddy! Please fix everything so that customers are satisfied and comfortable

The staff is just ordinary, everything is ordinary, breakfast is available at 7, I didn't have time to try it because I had to go to the airport. Towels have to be paid in advance, even though I had been checking in for quite a long time but there was no awareness to inform if towels have to be paid in advance, in the room I occupied, the worst was the shower, from the water hole that came out maybe only 20% of what it should be, either it was clogged or it was broken and just left, huhf. Sorry if my review is not very pleasant.

If it wasn't for the urgent late night check in at 12 midnight and check out very early in the morning, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. Although back to the price, yes, the cheap price certainly won't be as good as a star hotel. But still, paying for a hotel no matter how much it costs, you have to be satisfied, at least the room is clean. The actual: • Dirty room. • Smelly room. • Dust everywhere. • Broken door handle. • Can open the door from the outside through the window glass. • The room makes you itchy. • The sheets and blankets are full of stains. • Lots of blood-sucking bed bugs. • And there are still many shortcomings. Hopefully the management can improve a little in a positive direction. I definitely won't want to stay at this hotel again even in an emergency.
