This is really an underrated hotel. Had to go to Bandung on the spur of the moment because there was an event on the weekend, then the budget hotels were all gone. Saw reviews on Google and Traveloka about Yokotel being good, finally tried it here, it turned out to be amazing.
All the staff are friendly, from the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly, even the security was on standby to open the door whenever guests came. Then at night I had the chance to borrow a spoon because I ordered food online and there were no cutlery, and the night staff on duty responded well.
Then I didn't expect to get breakfast of bread snacks, tea, coffee, and instant noodles that I could get myself, even the staff offered to help me make it if I had trouble.
The room is also really good for a 'mini' hotel like this, the cleanliness is sufficient, the hot water is on. Hopefully it will remain consistent or even be improved, and overall I am very satisfied staying here. Hopefully one day when I come back, the service will still be consistent.
