The staff is nice and the service is fast. But the bathroom smells of urine and there is no soap, toothpaste or towels.

A very scary hotel, it is not recommended to stay here. They don't provide toiletries. The rooms also look like they are not well maintained, which makes them look really scary. It's no wonder that there aren't many people staying here.

Budget hotel suitable for temporary stay

I was surprised when it arrived. think the hotel is empty. I wonder why it's so quiet. why are there so many empty (damaged) rooms?

The room we received did not match the picture and description in the application. The room smelled really bad, the walls were in bad condition, the mattress was not clean, the toilet was dirty, the AC was leaking and not cold, and the atmosphere was very stuffy. We have changed rooms three times, but all of them still did not match what was promised. The corridors were dark and felt scary, and the service was very bad. Given these very unsatisfactory conditions, we hope Traveloka can process our refund request, because we feel that we did not get a decent room and service. Finally, we were forced to move hotels.

I only stayed at this hotel once, I regret not reading the reviews first because I had already booked it, initially I got a room on the 9th floor, as soon as I got out of the elevator I immediately got goosebumps because the atmosphere was scary, the hallway was quiet and dark because it was late at night when I checked in, so I went straight back down and asked to be moved to another room on the 5th floor.

It is no longer worth staying there.

Please fix the facilities again. Many facilities are already damaged in the room. The cleanliness of the room corridors too. The toilet when I was there was disappointing.

I just checked in and immediately checked out when I saw the room, I got 5th floor when I entered the buset and I felt really creepy. The toilet hall is also very dim. It feels like another world. The female staff is also a Jew. Oh, I swear, the elevator is stuck.

Kami pesan 2 kamar karena salah satu anggota keluarga sakit dan mau berobat tapi dikasi kamar lantai 6 dan 7 dalam kondisi lift sedang rusak sejak subuh katanya dan tidak ada respon ataupun kebijakan dari pihak hotel, kami pesan hotel untuk memudahkan tapi ini malah menyusahkan orang sakit dengan naik tangga manual sampai lantai 7, pasien kakek usia 70an.

Please, just renovate the hotel first. The wall paint was peeling, the bed sheets and pillowcases were stained, the room lights were dim, the bathroom was also leaking from the top floor.
