The hotel has a cool atmosphere with lots of trees, but the bathrooms are a bit less clean, which needs more attention. Access to and from the hotel is fine.

Enjoyed staying at Marciella Hotel, affordable price, okay room, okay water, all the facilities are okay, breakfast is enough.

I've stayed at Marciela twice, it's great, clean, the AC is cold, etc.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, only the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms.

Asking for the WiFi password, but when I log in, I can't. The password is wrong. Maybe next time we need to update the facilities regarding the availability of WiFi or not.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, but the TV isn't a smart TV yet. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the third floor.

comfortable, delicious and cheap place..unfortunately u. breakfast does not have many choices and is taken but it is reasonable u. relatively low price. Hotel staff are friendly..especially the receptionist when asked if we could move rooms, they offered a more comfortable place with the same price only different in AC capacity.u. in Bandung AC may not be the main thing..so I'm ok ok..recommended for me
