First time staying at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. From the beginning of the check-in process, the service from the receptionist to the other staff was very friendly and responsive. When experiencing problems with the shower in the room, the technician came quickly and immediately fixed it—a response that deserves appreciation. However, there are several things that might be of concern for future improvements. The sink in the room was a bit clogged, and the TV screen display was not clear. In addition, the soundproofing level in the room was not optimal, so the sound from the hallway or the next room was quite audible and disturbed comfort. For the cleanliness of the room, I really appreciate it because it was well maintained and neat. Thank you for the service. Hopefully it can be improved even more in the future! Thank you!
