Mataram Hotel is good, the rooms are quite comfortable in the city, only the lobby needs to be renovated

comfortable, only the TV broadcast in the room is not clear.

Surprisingly good value for money and I'll recommend to others.

The terrace floor is too high, dangerous for guests to trip. The room is quite comfortable. There are 2 mineral waters. Only 1 towel. Ordinary food is so-so.

The hotel is clean, all the staff are friendly.

The location is strategic in the city center.

National TV entertainment is incomplete.

Comfortable, clean (even though I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it was still cleaned 👍), very friendly service, delicious & varied breakfast, overall very good, thanks Hotel Mataram.

Puas, pelayanan nya bagus, sarapannya juga enak. Jalan malamnya juga bagus gampang mencari makanan kalo malem malem lapar, pokoknya rekomendasi banget, aku sudah 2kali nginep di sini

Bersih, bagus, stafnya B aja untuk keramahannya. Hotelnya strategis di tengah kota.

Pelayanan ramah, baik, cuma kebagian kamar yang wastafelnya bocor untung cuma semalam😅 free sarapan. Enak, bersih.

The kettle is dead, the main light is off, the AC is noisy, the closhead faucet is cracked and the water doesn't come out well.

Comfortable, but please double check the supply of soap in the bathroom, because when I was there the soap ran out, and please clean the water heater well.

Room cleanliness is very lacking.

Menginanp di lantai 1, 3 hari 2 malam. Kamar sesuai dengan gambar. Kasur tidak begitu empuk, air panas nyala oke, AC tidak begitu dingin meski sudah set 16, channel tv sedikit sekali. Untuk breakfast oke ja lah.

Menginap di sini aja, harga terjangkau fasilitas bagus.
