I stayed at this hotel while attending an event in Surabaya. I initially chose the wrong check-in date and only realized it upon arrival. However, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly in handling the situation. I had originally booked a room with a single bed, but due to the error, it was already full, and I was moved to a twin bed room (as indicated on the app). Luckily, the hotel staff quickly helped, and I ended up getting the single bed I needed. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. This hotel is highly recommended!

The location is close, the breakfast menu has many choices, but the cleanliness of the room is lacking.

Staying here was quite comfortable. Upon request, we were given a room on the 33rd floor. However, for breakfast, you have to go to the restaurant earlier. We arrived at the restaurant around 9 AM, so most of the food was already gone. The service was very friendly. If you're having trouble choosing a place to stay in Surabaya, come here.

Its strategic location makes it easy to get around. The facilities are quite complete. The kids are comfortable and happy. It's a fun place.

A perfect hotel for a staycation with kids. I'll definitely be back. The staff are really nice, and I looked for one facing the pool. The pool is kid-friendly, and the kids enjoyed it. I only went swimming at night because it was used for a wedding reception in the afternoon. The downstairs lobby has Alfa and A&W, just in case the kids get hungry.

HOT AC, slow service. No towels provided at the pool, and you wait for them to get angry first before moving quickly.

The AC isn't cold at all. I've been complaining since I entered the room, and it was only addressed 3 hours later. Is this a hotel room or a boarding house? It's really hot.

Overall, I had a good stay. However, the room wasn't very soundproof, so it was very noisy at night. The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and at the restaurant. I was only charged a parking fee, which I actually asked about, as a hotel customer, shouldn't have been charged. However, it's still recommended.

please provide the door Tag, for the cleaning Service, so they dont have to knock our door every morning to ask about to clean the room or not. for people who travel from abroad, that is quite annoying. because we tend to still have our jet lag. But in general, the place was great. the staffs are friendly. location is good. we will definitely back.
