The hotel I stayed at was comfortable, close to the airport. However, the toilet sink took a while to drain.

Close to the city center, the hotel is easy to find. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent.

This hotel is quite strategic, close to the airport, traditional markets, train stations, and modern shopping centers (malls). During our 3-day, 2-night stay with family, the hotel was clean, comfortable, the staff friendly, and quiet/soundproof. The hotel is integrated with the DePapilio Apartments, also featuring AW fast food restaurant, Indomart, and a coffee shop. There is a swimming pool, spa, and for electric car drivers, there is an electric charging station in the hotel parking area. In terms of menu and food variety, it is actually a bit lacking compared to the Best Western Barang Garing Hotel in Palangka Raya. However, overall, we were quite satisfied with the service, comfort, and facilities provided.

The service was generally relatively good... However, there was something unpleasant & annoying, where we had booked for 2 nights. Entering the 2nd day, after breakfast we returned to the room up to the 33rd floor. When we wanted to open the door, the card could not be used (expired), then we went down to the receptionist to update the card. After updating, we went up to the room, but again the card could not be used. Then we called the receptionist to be given the correct card, we were told to wait, this was quite a long wait of about 10 minutes before the officer came to open the door. Only then could we enter the room. To ensure that when we returned to the hotel there would be no problem with the key card, we handed the card to the receptionist and made sure that when we entered there would be no problem with the key. There was another drama in the evening, where after finishing work until the evening, we arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM, we took the card to the receptionist and confirmed that the card was working properly, and was told it was working properly. So we went up to the room... but there was another drama, the key had expired... this was what was annoying... where in a very tired condition... we wanted to just go into the room and lie down... but we had to call the receptionist... and was told to wait, and after 7 minutes the officer still didn't come... we had to call the receptionist again... and was told to wait again... then after 5 minutes the officer came with a new card...

I stay here almost every week, whether for business trips or staycations. Breakfast is pretty good, and there's a minimart and cafe downstairs, making it easy to find snacks or even a full meal.

There were several cockroaches in the bathroom and parts of the room were dirty. The windows were also blurry with dust, making it difficult to fully enjoy the view.

The hotel staff was nice, the room was large, but unfortunately, I couldn't request a non-smoking room. I booked two rooms with three small children. The hotel should have considered the comfort of moving the rooms to non-smoking rooms. The room and the 18th floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The swimming pool has a beautiful view and the water is clean. The floor next to the pool needs renovation as many tiles are loose. The breakfast was plentiful, but the refills took a long time. The staff were kind and friendly.

This is my umpteenth time here, and I got a room on the 30th floor. The view is great, and the kids loved it. Everything is fine, but the pool area still needs attention. The floor can be dangerous to walk on in the seating area. And thank goodness the superior rooms have a refrigerator. Breakfast still needs improvement, though. Thanks Papilio.
