Close to KL Sentral and food around it

Staff was okay. Check-in and out went smoothly. But Room 105, the air conditioner was not okay. My room was hot and we couldn't get enough sleep throughout the night. Too tired to ask for another room so we just bore it. Meanwhile, during the next day, they did some renovation works so it disturbed our nap time too.

Hotel close to KL Sentral and make it easy to get around. Good service.

The hotel is clean and in an area surrounded by many restaurants.

Location-wise best. You can get almost everything in the vicinity, especially trains to anywhere almost at your doorstep.

It is a pleasant stay. The hotel is not providing transport or food arrangements. In the surrounding, we can get a variety of food. Train and bus services are very good with connectivity. Offices are good and supportive. Easy access to get a train or bus from KL Sentral location, which is closer to the hotel. Grab services are also available.

Overall good, unfortunately I wanted to ask for a 2 bed room but couldn't get one bed.

Check-in was easy. Yesterday, when I checked out at 5 a.m., I couldn't order a Grab to TBS. I asked the staff on duty that morning to order an online taxi. The staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was good.

I have been staying in Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 8 times. It is strategically located, clean, and the staff are friendly. The room that I was given this time was a clean one and not so noisy. Although can still hear sounds of motorcycles or people talking below the unit, but this is acceptable for the money we pay. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short trip in KL!

Location is great, only a few minutes' walk to KL Sentral Station. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is CLEAN. Overall, satisfied with my stay.

I booked a twin sharing room with 2 single beds. The room was spacious, coffee maker, free toothbrush, clean toilet, good air conditioning and ventilator. No hot water heater for bathing.

Good, the hotel staff was very helpful. The room was small but still acceptable because it was comfortable and clean. The location is close to KL Sentral.

Easy check-in, clean and newly renovated rooms, helpful luggage storage, lots of food vendors around, easy access to everywhere, I would stay again if I come back.

The service of the front office staff, especially the women, was very bad and complaining when I wanted to check in, but the housekeeping staff was very good and friendly.

Overall, everything was nice and clean, but the toilet in room 102, a family room, had stains. Please clean the toilet again, scrub it until it's clean. And why are there so many small ants in the room? I don't know where they came from. For a large family room, it's comfortable and can fit 4 people. Thank you, My Hotel.
