Room 3 is quite spacious... there is a kitchen, refrigerator but there is no gallon dispenser... it's good for a family to stay because it's quite close to Malioboro.

We recommend staying here for family vacations in Yogyakarta. It's relatively close to Malioboro and Tugu Station. Room 3 can accommodate groups of around 8 to 10 people.

Highly recommended for tourists or group guests from outside Jogja. Consisting of 2 floors, there are 3 rooms (full AC) 2 bathrooms with warm water. There are also 2 TVs on each floor, a refrigerator, gas stove and complete cooking utensils. Ample parking, can accommodate 2 cars. The family room is also spacious, coincidentally many relatives in Jogja come to visit, so it's comfortable. The housekeeper, Mr Tofa, is also kind and friendly. This place is perfect for family vacations especially large families like me. The place is easy to find, close to everywhere, clean, quiet. Want to find food is not difficult, just comfortable. The facilities are okay. there is AC in each room, there is also a water heater so it is not a hassle to make a small bath. Best place for family ... Prices are that much, you can get everything in the house 😍😍😍 there is a kitchen also there is a full ac fridge 2 tv 2 km 3 rooms ... Endingnya lazy out with a beautiful lay in a homestay just wkwkwkw .... 15 minutes only from malioboro ... It is located in a cozy and peaceful residential area from the hustle and bustle ... In the future there are morning meals that sell jogjess special foods at murceeee prices ... Indomaret only 5mnt ... very recommended ...

It's nice to stay here. But the cupboard to keep the tools should be moved and changed. It's moldy.
