This is not trustworthy, the car must be valeted but the e-money was stolen. Although it is quite clean, it makes me lazy to give a good review because it is not trustworthy. Never leave valuables in a car that is required to be valeted at this hotel, guys. Even e-money & small change 😪

The restaurant's food is very delicious, there is a valet for parking, the car is safe, the room is nice, but the sheets are not very clean, the TV is blurry, the toilet is not very clean when flushed, the water is always cloudy and there is a lot of dirt

The car park is not big but the security team is very helpful (valet available). The Front Office staff is very informative during check in, during stay and check out.

All the staff are very friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is clean and the hot water works, the AC is super cold, the restaurant food for breakfast is also delicious, ordering food for dinner is also delicious, nothing is a failure. Really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. Hopefully there will be another time to go to Jogja and stay here 🩷
