Pleasant and friendly service to customers.

We had to change our room because the Wi-Fi didn't reach our room. The Wi-Fi didn't drop in the second room, but it was only about 5 MBPS down and 1 up. The toilet didn't flush initially, but that was fixed with another visit from the front desk. We were the only guests. There used to be a buffet breakfast waiting; now you wait for coffee and one of the 3 breakfast options. Sadly, this used to be a good, popular place. I still like the area, but this street has no sidewalk.

It was a pleasure to stay here, it was clean and close to the city center and good for a rest.

The hotel staff is friendly. It's just that the AC in the room is not cold. There is no drinking water heater in the room. If necessary, you have to call the reception.

Hero hotel has always been my favorite place whenever I'm on holiday from LN, the employees are all friendly, and like to help. The rooms are clean, the food is all delicious. It's like this hotel has Covid too. Before covid it was still cool. The advantage is that it's close to the governor's office, so if you have business, you just have to cross.

The most comfortable hotel while staying in Ambon. The staff is very friendly so it feels like staying at home. And what I like the most, is that it is completely free from cigarette smoke and the smell of cigarettes, which is very difficult to find when visiting Ambon. 1 more thing that I haven't found during my stay in Ambon, the Qibla direction is already available. Very interesting hotel. Next time I will stay here again if I'm visiting Ambon. Thankyou for providing such a good and comfortable stay.
