The room has been checked in but is used again by short term guests.

The room was dusty and uncomfy. The bathroom door couldn’t even close properly and the pool is very dirty

Good location, right in the middle of the town. However, the room is so small and not really clean. The bed was okay as well as the bathroom amenities. I asked for baby cot and get the broken one. I told reception upon check out and she confirmed that the baby cot is torn and broken but in the end I still pay the baby cot. It's okay for pay but its not worthed for what ive got. so dissapointed.

When I checked-in, it turned out that it was for Covid quarantine and there was no information from the hotel, just when I was told and moved to a lower class hotel where many room facilities were taken like a hair dryer. The worst breakfast for a 4 star hotel is this the same for food that is quarantined there, delivered at jm 7, it turns out that 8.30 was just given. The same encore is just so different from this seminyak

The cleanliness of the hotel is very lacking, maybe because it runs out of corona so the hotel has not been renovated much, the conditions of the playground and swimming pool, the hotel walls seem not to be taken care of so it is different from the photos. The service and fast check-in time, the staff are also friendly, only the air conditioner is not cold enough so we ask to move rooms, overall okay.

We stayed 2 nights (2 rooms). The rooms are comfortable, the maids are also friendly lmyn. Complete facilities include towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, toiletries minus slippers. Every day the room is cleaned. But unfortunately the water heater is just cm hot, then the sound of water dripping is quite loud, so it's a bit annoying. And the water is not revolutionary on day 2. Hopefully the future will be even better.

Comfortable accommodation, spacious rooms and skilled officers in handling complaints, There are several points that can be improved regarding room sanitation (a very understandable shortcoming after the pandomy) overall will come back here.

The location is very strategic. The rooms are nice, the ladies are kind and friendly.

The hotel staff is very bad and unfriendly. During the check in and check out process. Bellboy takes very long if asked to bring a bag. So we bring our own bags. My room 1112 ac is noisy so I can't sleep. Then the bathroom lights turn off. Pool water is cloudy. And it turns out that this is no longer a management ramada encore but has turned into an urban hotel, said the FO. Even though the bar in front of the berry gle hotel is also. Very strange to me.

The towels are old so it looks like the pillowcase is not clean and the color is not pure white but the price is very affordable.

It's nice to be able to stay at Ramada Encore Kuta. The atmosphere is suitable for staying with family. Strategic location. Only breakfast is not satisfactory, maybe because it is in a pandemic period, it is not well prepared. The pool is quite big and there is a kids club so my 2 kids can play. thanks.

Actually, it is a good and complete city hotel because there is a kids zone, a children's pool, but it looks like it is poorly maintained, just entering the room it smells a bit musty, either because of pandami (maybe it has not been occupied for a long time or what), and the side of the swimming pool is not maintained and there mosquito larvae. If managed properly it looks like it will become a good city hotel.

It's fun, the rooms are quite spacious and there is a playground for children, the cleanliness of the hotel is maintained.

The hotel is really family friendly.
