Friendly hotel staff, clean hotel ❤️

The location is in the city center, at night there are many places to eat around.

From the receptionist, the room was friendly, clean, and nice. The room I got last time had no window, but it was fine. I'm sorry, but there's only one thing missing: the TV didn't have any channels. Overall, it was good. My next trip to Sorong will be staying at the Ayla Hotel again.

The staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were visibly dirty, and I asked to have them replace them with clean sheets. When they removed the sheet I saw that the mattress protector was very badly stained in multiple places. I asked them to replace that as well and the guy just shrugged. It took three sets of sheets before they found a clean set. There was mold above the sink, and the shower head was also quite moldy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed in room 301. The TV wouldn't turn on, tried calling the housekeeping phone number several times but they didn't pick up. Other than that, the other services were fine.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is strategic because it is close to hangout places. Hehe, it's just that the bathroom light is a little bit brighter 🩷🙏🏾.
